DOSTI SCHOOLS

Currently Dosti Welfare Organization is assisting eight formal schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Seven Schools were initiated as part of the Dosti One Room Schools projects in early 2000. Six of these schools have reached the level of high school. The schools are operated by autonomous school bodies led by School Administrators. Dosti’s contribution is to limited to assistance in providing deficit or development expenses. Dosti Onyx School Jalala, joined the list of formal schools in 2019.

Note: Dosti School Sufaid Dheri and Dosti School Chitral have been closed in 2022 because the community’s low enrollment and economic prosperity resulted in very few out-of-school children.
