Painting, rhymes, movies, magazine, jubilation and much more fun – Dosti Welfare Organization had it all in it’s recently organized art camp for kids on September 14, 2019!
In order to facilitate the Allied School on Art Camp for the Art Contest, Dosti Welfare Organization organized an art camp with the students of allied school university town campus, Peshawar. The children and faculty enjoyed the camp and come up with brilliant art pieces.
Dosti Welfare Organization celebrated 54th International literacy day celebrations in Institute of Education and Research at University Of Peshawar. Dr. Amjad Reba shared the importance of literacy in local and global context. A question answer session was conducted at the end of the lecture.
This year, Dosti Welfare Organization decided to celebrate Eid with the Slum Community and capture some of the moments of their festivity. It was a wonderful and joyful experience to see people with so less having so much to celebrate. Our team celebrated Eid with them and captured the essence of festivity in these communities.
Dosti Welfare Organization believes that art and innovation are an integral part of education. Because Education is not about just learning to “do”, It is a process of believing in oneself and his capabilities. Celebration 04.21 was a small effort to let these children express their artistic potential and showcase it to the world.
Dosti Welfare Organization is committed to make this world a better place to live in, especially for our children. The International Day for Street Children is a reminder for us all to think about the basic rights of millions of street children worldwide. Different street children were asked to express their feelings lining a vulnerable and defenceless life on the streets.
Dosti Welfare Organization with generous support from Global Education Campaign celebrated the auspicious occasion of March 23, 2019 with the slum children. Normally these gypsy, slum-dwelling children would be begging on the or scavenging the garbage dumps, but on that day, DWO gave them a taste of joy and celebration.
